It uses whole food nutrition, targeted supplementation, a daily movement protocol, and a structured morning and evening routine. It is not a crash diet, cleanse, or juice fast. Every element has a specific physiological purpose.
Yes. The male and female versions of each track differ in protein portions, calorie targets, carbohydrate sources, and supplement doses. Women's protocols also include cycle tracking fields in the intake form, as hormone timing affects how the body responds to dietary changes. Your coach accounts for this when reviewing your intake and assigning your plan.
The Flush is designed for adults experiencing chronic low-grade inflammation, unexplained fatigue, hormonal imbalance, digestive dysfunction, stubborn weight, or poor sleep and recovery โ who want a structured, science-backed reset rather than another generic diet. It is suitable for most healthy adults. If you have a serious medical condition or are on multiple medications, please consult your physician and disclose this in your intake form.
Nutrition and Meals
No. The Flush intentionally keeps calories elevated above a typical diet for two specific reasons: to protect thyroid function and to prevent cortisol from spiking. Restricting calories too aggressively during a detox phase signals the body that it is under stress, which raises cortisol, slows thyroid output, and actually impairs the detox process. You will eat five full meals every day. Most clients are not hungry โ particularly after the first four days.
Gluten removal during the Flush is not about intolerance or celiac disease. It is about total inflammatory load reduction. Coffee: Yes โ 1 to 2 cups of black coffee per day is permitted. Do not add milk, creamer, or sweeteners other than stevia or monk fruit. Wait at least 90 minutes after waking before your first cup.
Alcohol: No. Alcohol is a hepatotoxin that directly burdens the liver โ the primary organ the Flush is designed to support. Even moderate alcohol consumption during the 14 days significantly reduces the effectiveness of the protocol.

The other meals involve simple cooking โ a single protein source, a carbohydrate, and vegetables. Most clients batch-cook proteins and grains on Sundays for the week ahead, which reduces daily prep time to under 15 minutes per meal.
Do not double up portions to compensate. Simply continue from the next scheduled meal as normal. Isolated deviations rarely derail the Flush โ consistency over 14 days matters more than perfection on any single day. That said, repeated deviations significantly reduce the effectiveness of the protocol.
